Boxing for fitness has become more and more popular, and for good reason. My boxfit workout includes cardio, strength, endurance, flexibility, and brain training in a fun and engaging way that will leave you feeling mentally refreshed, healthier, fitter, and stronger.
I have a passion for boxing and the martial arts and my one-on-one or small group boxfit sessions combine fun combinations with conditioning exercises. I will work with you on your own, and if you have friends, family, or work colleagues you would like to train with.
Once you have set your goals I will personalise your training in both the group classes and personal training sessions to help you achieve those goals. As a certified and registered personal trainer and pad holder I am passionate about helping my clients get results!
